Bottom Heater Hot Air Ovens

We have come up with Hot Air Oven (Bottom Heater), which is double walled unit. Outer chamber is made using mild steel whereas inner chamber is made using stainless steel. Glass wool is used to fit the gap between the walls to avoid heat loss. High grade chrome plated nicrome wire is used to manufacture the heating elements. To remove the hot gases, air ventilations is provided on the top of the unit.    * Temperature is controlled by thermostat
    * 0 0 0 Temp. Range 50 C to 250 C and Accuracy: +-2 C.
    * Trays should be supplied with G.I.wire mesh
    * In Lab type oven heaters are placed in the bottom side of the unit.
    * All the control switches & pilot lamps are fitted on the front panel.
