We have come up with different types of muffle furnace. It is light weight and fast heating equipment which is used for Igniting, Ashing and heat treatment of small parts in laboratories ,chemical industries, industrial fields and colleges. The outer body of this fast heating equipment is made using heavy gauge M.S / G. I duly powder coated inner muffle with high temp. Insulating material.. The working temperature of the furnace is 930 c/1130 c and maximum temperature is 1000 c/1200 c. Digital temperature controller cum Indicator is used to control the temperature. The heating elements are made using kanthal wire. On the top of units, control panel is fitted with switches and indicating lamps. Through all four sides, a uniform heat distribution is done with kental wire. In case of overheating, a special solid state silver fuse is used to protect the elements. The equipment only operates in 230 AC Volt. Various Sizes Available We supply our products in Maharashtra.
